My journey, my mission, your well-being
Movement and health have always been my passion.
That’s why I decided to study Applied Health Sciences.
For a long time, however, I felt insecure and uncomfortable in my own body. I started doing bodyweight workouts at home to feel better. Even during my studies, in a new environment, that feeling of insecurity and emptiness persisted. I ate too little out of fear of gaining weight, which eventually led to emotional eating, followed by compensating again by eating even less.
In June 2022, I decided to take fitness seriously and stay consistent. I felt insecure, didn’t really know what I was doing, and felt small compared to others in the gym. My approach at the beginning was far from optimal, but starting strength training was the best decision I’ve ever made.
Fitness changed my life: my values, my mindset, my health, my relationship with food, and above all, my relationship with myself. I regained my energy. Getting stronger and building muscle gave me confidence. I began eating to nourish my body instead of controlling it, and to build a strong, healthy body.
By developing discipline and doing what I promised myself, my confidence grew enormously. I realized that my body is capable of far more than I ever thought. That I can be strong. That I can build this body. That I can be consistent. That I can do it.
I wanted to make that transformation possible for others as well. That’s why I became a personal trainer, to help people feel good in their bodies again. Because everyone deserves to feel good, be healthy, and be happy.
Later, I decided to further specialize in nutrition and orthomolecular therapy, to help people optimize their health and results through lifestyle and nutrition. Not by suppressing symptoms, but by addressing the root causes of complaints and giving the body what it needs to feel good and function at its best.
