I’m Alessie, a trained health coach (HOWEST), and I further developed my expertise as a personal trainer (NASM) and orthomolecular therapist (kPNI).

True Health Coaching was born out of my passion for health, movement, strength training, and nutrition.

Everyone is different, which is why your goals, needs, and life context are central in everything we do. As a coach, I listen to you, understand what you need, and guide you in a way that fits you and your life.

My approach is holistic: mental and physical health are inseparable and continuously influence each other.
